Have you been through the process of moving between homes before? If you have, you’ll already know what a challenging experience it can be. If you haven’t, you are going to find out just how many things there are to take care of. Aside from carefully packing all your belongings, making arrangements to transport them to your new home, and contacting your utility companies to notify them of your move, you will need to make sure the property is properly cleaned before you leave. Failure to do this could result in some, or all, of your deposit being held back by the landlord (if you were renting), or an unwanted legal dispute with the new owner (if you sold the property). What Does Our Move-in/Move-Out Service Include?

All you have to worry about is remembering not to leave anything behind; we will take care of the rest, going from room to room, carrying out a meticulous cleaning process to guarantee a high standard of cleanliness. The core of our move-in/move-out service includes:

Kitchen

• Clean the inside and outside of the oven, the range hood and the refrigerator
• Clean the stove, interior and exterior of microwave and other kitchen appliances
• Clean the inside and outside of all the Cupboards, drawers shelves and handles
• Clean and sanitize sink area, including faucets
• Clean and sanitize all countertops, as well as interior and exterior of kitchen units
• Remove all cobwebs, dust and dirt that has built up
• Wash down walls, doors and windows
• Hand wash and sanitize floors, and clean all baseboards

Bathrooms

• Clean and sanitize toilets, as well as baths and/or showers including tiled walls and grout
• Clean and sanitize sink areas, leaving all faucets and other chrome fixtures sparkling
• Clean all countertops, as well as interior and exterior of bathroom units
• Clean and wipe down all doors, baseboards, moldings, windows, walls and polish mirrors
• Hand wash and sanitize floors, and clean all baseboards
• Remove all cobwebs, dust and dirt that has built up

All Other Areas

• Vacuum and deep clean all carpeted areas, and clean baseboards
• Clean the interior and exterior of all cabinets, and dust and clean shelves
• Clean all light fixtures, ceiling fans and vents
• Clean all walls (removing scuff marks), doors and windows
• Hand wash and sanitize hard floors
• Remove all cobwebs, dust and dirt that has built up

These tasks form the core of our move-in/move-out service, but for each client we form a customized cleaning plan based on their specific needs, which may involve tasks that are not listed above.
